HOW TO BECOME A PREMIUM PARTNER

In order to become a MacList Premium Partner your clinic should:

• Send us at least 12 customers who apply for a payment plan in the last quarter
  • AND/OR at least 3 settled payment plans in the last quarter

PREMIUM PARTNERSHIP STATUS

The Premium Partnership status will be updated every quarter on the next upcoming dates:

• 01-12-2016
• 01-03-2017
• 01-05-2017
• 01-08-2017

If your clinic did not produce enough customer applications and/or settled payment plans – as stated above – in the previous quarter, your Premium Partnership status will be revoked.

NOTIFICATIONS

If your status changes to Premium Partner, you will be notified via e-mail on the e-mail address known in our system.

PREMIUM PARTNERSHIP PROFILE

As our Premium Partner you are solely responsible to provide your Business Development Manager with the right information that will be added to your Premium Partnership profile:

• High-quality file of your logo on a white background (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .psd, .pdf or .ai)
• Information blurb with tagline (max. 20 words) and paragraph (max. 50 words)
• If applicable, URL link(s) to your clinic’s social media profile(s)
